Maui Chocolate Ganache Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cups (12 oz. bag) chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 25g Sachet of Maui pure New Zealand whole milk powder
  • 1/2 cup of water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the butter into pieces and place it in a mixing bowl along with your choice of chocolate which you have made into small pieces.
  2. In a separate bowl or large liquid measuring cup, pour ½ cup of warm water. Then, add the 25g sachet of Maui Pure New Zealand whole milk powder into the warm water and mix well. Next, put it in the microwave for 1 ½ to 2 minutes or until it begins to boil.
  3. Pour the hot Maui milk over the chocolate chips and butter, let it sit for about 3 minutes, then use a whisk to stir everything together.
  4. Cool the ganache for around 30 minutes, then it’s ready to use.
  5. Great for an icing alternative or a drizzle.
